Vaibhav Gupta is a social impact and strategy professional with more than a decade of experience working across philanthropy, public policy, health systems, livelihoods, and corporate social responsibility in India. He currently serves as a Principal at The Bridgespan Group, where he advises leading philanthropies, corporations, and nonprofit organizations on advancing sustainable and scalable impact initiatives. 

At Bridgespan, Vaibhav works on programme strategy, organizational development, systems thinking, collaborative models, operating structures, and funding approaches across a range of thematic areas, including nutrition, sexual and reproductive health, livelihoods, women’s economic empowerment, climate and agriculture intersections, and women in leadership. 

Prior to joining Bridgespan, Vaibhav worked with several prominent organizations and government institutions, including the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Clinton Health Access Initiative, Digital Empowerment Foundation, Samagra, and Samhita. His work has spanned public policy, health systems strengthening, skills development, tuberculosis programming, CSR strategy, and partnerships with both federal and state governments in India. 

He also served as a Legislative Assistant to Member of Parliament (LAMP) Fellow, where he supported parliamentary and policy processes, gaining valuable experience in governance and legislative affairs. Over the course of his career, Vaibhav has worked extensively with governments, NGOs, consulting firms, and social impact organizations to design and implement large-scale development programmes and collaborative initiatives. 

Beyond his professional work, Vaibhav has a strong interest in research and academia. He has authored several research papers and case studies on topics including grassroots innovation, digital inclusion, low-cost survival strategies at the bottom of the pyramid, education technology, and private-sector engagement in tuberculosis care. His work has been presented at national and international forums, including the Academy of Marketing Conference in the UK, the International Conference on Public Policy hosted by Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, NATCON, and the World Lung Conference by The Union. 

Vaibhav holds a Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGPM) from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, and a B.Tech in Engineering Physics from Delhi Technological University.
