

Ian is a licensed nutritionist-dietitian with over a decade of experience in public health nutrition, clinical practice, academia, and humanitarian response.
He has led and supported major nutrition programs and policy initiatives—many now adopted by government systems—including those related to malnutrition management, simplified guidelines, and nutrition supply chains.
Ian brings deep field and national-level expertise across emergency nutrition, strategy development, capacity building, and cross-sectoral collaboration.
He also holds training from the Harvard Kennedy School in public policy and behavioral insights and is an alumnus of SEAMEO-RECFON in Indonesia. He is passionate about context-driven, multisectoral approaches that connect nutrition to broader development goals.
