A complete grant application must include a completed Grant Application Form plus the required appendices
(please see Part V).
The overall length (including attachments, but not reports) of the grant application should be no longer than 15 pages.
Please note that the application form must be signed by an official of the applicant organization, who can provide the required certifications on the signature page
(please see Part VI).
The 2009 deadline for grant submission is May 1, 2009. Early submission is recommended.
